What you get to learn
At SARTIME, candidates are exposed to practical work across chemistry, chemical analysis of industrial wastewater, water treatment plant design, CAD drawing, laboratory analysis, HMI, PLC and SCADA automation, mechanization of industrial processes, fabrication of industrial-grade equipment and plant-level problem solving.
Anyone joining SARTIME will receive training on plant operations at the respective site where they are placed. After the training period, they will be part of the site operations team and will help run the plant under established operating procedures. Based on their performance at the plant, more responsibilities will be given, opening doors for deeper learning and upskilling.
